TMCG’s innovation and design capabilities focus on innovating at the product and/or service levels. We engage in the innovation journey from ideation through the transition into profitable products and/or services that have significant commercial potential and meet identified market needs. Our innovation and design capabilities aid organizations develop new products, services, and processes that meet the needs of their customers and give them a competitive edge.     What We Do The core of TMCG’s innovation and design strategy defines and answers critical questions about a company’s decision to focus on introducing radically new products/technologies or a steady stream of incremental ones. It also dictates which problems should be solved, whether a diverse portfolio of unrelated innovation projects is beneficial, or should a firm focus its innovation projects on its core/chosen innovation field(s).
